Start Here: Gentle Chiropractic Made Simple

Thank you for considering our St. Charles Chiropractor, Dr. Timothy Villaverde. Our patient-first process is clear and comfortable, with one-on-one time focused on your needs.

You’ll find us in the Wind Hill Office Suites, just west of Randall Road, with free parking, handicap spaces, and accessible entryways. Our office is easy to find using Google or Apple Maps.

Prepare for Your First Visit

After you book online through Jane App, you’ll receive your intake forms by email. Please complete them before your appointment; you can fill them out on your phone, tablet, or computer. Wear any comfortable clothing—stretching or soft-tissue therapy may be part of care—but no special attire is required. Bring your Medicare card (if applicable), and major credit cards are accepted. If you can’t finish the forms in advance, you can complete them at our office, though it may add time to your visit.

What to Expect: Visits One and Two

Your first visit (about 60-90 minutes) includes a conversation about your health history, a focused evaluation and exam, hands-on soft tissue work, and spinal adjustments when appropriate. Our goal is to ease tension and improve motion on day one, not just talk about it.

Visit Two (plan for up to 1.5 hours) reviews how you felt after your first visit, what improved, and what needs attention next. Dr. Villaverde will present a personalized plan and go over fees in a direct, transparent manner. If you’re comfortable with the plan, we can start care that day; if you need more time, that’s always okay.

Your Comfort Comes First

We tailor our care to you with Diversified adjustments, plus gentle options like the drop table and Activator Methods®. If you’re in an acute stage or prefer lighter work, we won’t force an adjustment that your body isn’t ready for. We commonly help with sciatica, neck and back pain, radicular pain, and tension headaches, and combine adjustments with targeted soft-tissue therapy for longer-lasting relief.

Expect normal post-visit soreness; IASTM or cupping may leave short-term redness or bruising that typically resolves within a week. Medicare is accepted, fees are comparable in St. Charles, and HSA usage is under review; call or text for the latest update.
